Product Description

This custom-made star wheel one way ratchet bearing is a roller-type freewheel that requires separate bearing support for axial and radial loads. The installation must provide proper lubrication and sealing. Its nominal outside dimensions match series 62 ball bearings.

Designed to be installed alongside a series 62 bearing within the same location tolerances, this ratchet bearing features a keyed inner race (except for 6mm bore) and an outer race with positive r6 tolerance for a press fit in H7 housing. The housing must maintain structural integrity to prevent expansion post-assembly. This design accommodates axial misalignment of ± S/2 between inner and outer races.
